Here's how it works: Choose your harvest season and reserve during open season. During your chosen beef harvest season (month specified) we will deliver your beef to our local USDA-Inspected Meat Processing Facility. We choose specific dates knowing that our beef will have reached their prime in quality. Beef is butchered and dry-aged for 14 to 21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness. It is then trimmed, cut, packaged, and flash frozen for optimum freshness. You will be notified when its ready to ship. That's it!! We raise it and when it's time make sure it gets shipped direct to you!!
